Yoghurt is a great source of calcium and Greek Yoghurt is especially rich in protien. There are also low fat version and Greek yoghurt is already lower in calories.

This is a massive subject- there is soooh much information out there on the benefits of various nuts- they can be high in fat but it's all about the right fats in the right balance.
